HMX

Type HMX (For Marine Applications), thickness 10mm without Flange. These types of frames are to be welded to the bulk or deck following the installation instructions of Hawke Transit System´s catalogue.

HMOX

Rectangular frame for marine applications with removable end which allows to be installed around existing cables and pipes. Made from 10mm thickness steel.

HMFX

Has a 60mm wide flange and is available in the same materials and finishes as HMX frames. For overall dimensions of HMFX frames add 120mm (allowance for flange) to those given for standard HMX frames.

HMCX

Marine Frames With Round R30 Corners. Very useful for narrow areas in bulkheads and decks.
Our HMCX has multidimensional openings.

HMBX

For sealing cable routes in uninsulated HO rated areas or similar applications. Add 20mm to external dimensions of standard HMX frames to determinate overall width and height.

HMRX TB

For stressed area applications, end fillet pieces with radius corners are added to the HMX frame.

HMEX

A standard HMX frame extended using a welded collar. For use in corrugated bulkheads or to fit the frame above deck level. For overall dimensions of HMEX frames add 20mm to external measurements of Standard HMX frames.

HMX EMC

All standard HTS marine and civil frames are able to be used in EMC systems.

Stainless Steel is highly recommended for EMC applications.

HCX

Standard Civil Flanged frame to be bolted or casted to a wall or floor.

HCOX

Frame with removable end which allows the frame to be installed around existing cables and pipes.

HCLX

Civil large frame for sealing services with an overall diameter in excess of 100mm.

HCLOX

This civil frame allows to seal services with a medium radius, greater than 100mm when the cables and pipes are already installed.

HMFBX

Rectangular frame with flange for marine applications. Made from 10mm thickness steel with a 60mm flange.

H-HC Frame

The H-HC frame is manufactured with a 5 cm flange. This flange can be placed centrally in the frame or offset on one side. Available in two sizes, 60 and 120 mm wide (internal).

Made of mild steel or stainless steel.
To be installed (bolted) inside or outside the panels and cabinets.
To be sealed with plugs and standard HAWKE compression system, stayplates and lubricant.
No additional tools required for installation.
Different sizes.

H-DM Frame

Hawke H-DM is a low weight cable sealing solution, frames are made in aluminum to be installed (bolted) inside or outside the panelboards and electrical cabinets, designed for the sealing against external conditions.

Three different sizes.

HMFBX EMC

Rectangular frame with flange for EMC applications. Made from 10mm thickness steel with a 60mm flange.

C Sleeve

Hawke C marine sleeve without flange for Hawke Round transits.

Designed to be welded. Manufactured in different materials: Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. To be sealed with standard or EMC HRT/HRTO and HRST.

C EMC Sleeve

Stainless steel circular marine and civil frames for EMC transits.

Designed to be welded. To be sealed with EMC HRT/HRTO and HRST.

Sleeve with flange and removable end which allows installation around existing cables.

HRT / HRTO

Hawke HRTO Certified for both Civil and Marine applications.The HRTO has been designed to be sealed using standard Hawke tolerant blocks, Hawke HRTO provide effectively sealing of cables and pipes through a circular aperture.

Hawke HRTO is supplied as an OPEN frame, so that it can be installed after laying the cables or pipes.

HRST

Hawke HRST is a round sealing solution for a single/pipe passing through a wall or bulkhead/deck. Each size of HRST frame can seal a large range of diameters without any onsite modifications.

HRST Multihole

HRST 40 2D15
Hawke HRST multihole designed for the sealing of up to 2 cables with an external diameter between 10 and 15 mm. Empty cable space to be filled with Plug HRST 2D15.

HRST 40 4D12
Hawke HRST multihole designed for the sealing of up to 4 cables with an external diameter between 8 and 12 mm. Empty cable space to be filled with Plug HRST 4D12.

Hawke Standard Tolerant Blocks

The Hawke cable blocks have a tolarance that is achieved by having 5 points of contact with the cable that guarantees the sealing of the cable even if it is deformed.Thanks to this tolerance, each Hawke block covers a range of diameters between 3 and 4 mm. It is not necessary to manipulate the block, as this tolerance is achieved by deforming it when the system is compressed.

Hawke Blank Filler Blocks

Filler blocks are available in the same materials as the tolerant Blocks. They are used to fill spaces within the frame which are not required for services, thus allowing spare capacity for future requirements.

Hawke Wave Guides

Hawke manufacture a range of blocks to suit the most popular waveguides sizes. Hawke wave guide insert blocks are used inserted in Standard HF Blocks.

Hawke Trefoil Insert Blocks

Hawke Trefoil Insert Blocks: These blocks allow three single phase power cables to be sealed inside of the same cable block. *Available in 90mm and 120 mm size*

Hawke Special Insert Blocks

Tolerant Blocks

Hawke HF EMC tolerant blocks are designed to accommodate different cables passing through the frame. Its special design with five contact points allows the blocks to accommodate different diameters within the same block and accept variances in cable/pipe diameters. Silver-loaded paint and copper strip wrapping ensures correct shielding.

Blank Filler Blocks

Filler blocks are available in the same materials as insert blocks. They are used to fill in the free spaces in the frame, allowing a reserve capacity for future needs.

Tolerant Blocks

Standard tolerant blocks for cable sealing between 15 mm and 60 mm. The H-DM system blocks have color coding to facilitate inspection and avoid installation mistakes.

Filler blocks

Blocks made of the same material as the standard blocks and designed to seal the free spaces of cables of the frame. This allows the installation of new cables in the future within the same framework.

Compression System

The Hawke compression system has 2 elements: The End Packer and the Compression Plate.

Unique steel insert pins on both sides of the Hawke Transit Compression System ensure that the correct level of compression is applied to each installation, without the need for special knowledge or decisions on the part of the installer.

Round Corner Compression System

The Unique Hawke Round Corner Compression System is used in HMCX rectangular frames to compress and seal the installation of cables/pipes and HF modules.

EMC Compression System

The Unique Hawke EMC Compression Systems are used in rectangular frames to compress and seal the installation of cables/pipes and HF EMC modules when electromagnetic compatibility is needed.

Civil Compression System

The Hawke compression system has 2 elements: The End Packer and the Compression Plate.

Compression system (CSDM 120/S compression kit)

Hawke CSDM Compression system is used in H-DM frames to compress and seal the installation of cables and DM modules. It includes the endpacker unit, 5mm filler strip and two stayplates. The 5mm filler strip can be installed as either the top or bottom row of blocks within a H-DM aperture.

The extra 5mm strip is recommended to be placed on the bottom row of the frame, along with one of the stayplates.

Compression System 60mm

The Hawke compression system has 2 elements: The End Packer and the Compression Plate.

Standard Stayplate 60mm

Stayplates ensure the blocks in a Hawke rectangular system (tolerant and blank ones) are fixed in position after compression.

Standard Stayplate

Stayplates ensure the blocks in a Hawke rectangular system (tolerant and blank ones) are fixed in position after compression.

High-pressure Stayplate

Stayplates ensure the blocks in a Hawke rectangular system (tolerant and blank ones) are fixed in position after compression.

Backing Plate

Hawke Backing Plate are used in conjunction with Hawke flanged frames to add finished appearance to an installation.

Backing plates are designed to be installed on the opposite side of a frame, giving a wall or structure finished appearance.

Compression tool

This re-usable compression tool is designed to apply compression to the system before placing the endpacker within the frame.

This makes the operation of installing the compression system much easier than a conventional bolt-type system.

Puller

The Puller Tool is used to facilitate the modification or dismantling of an installation.

This re-usable tool is designed to extract the compression system without damaging the frame and reducing dismantling time up to 50%. This also means that you can re-use the Hawke compression system.

Welding Fixing Tool

The Welding Fixing Tool is used to facilitate the welding process on a marine frame.

This re-usable tool is designed to hold the frame in position during the welding process, avoiding deformations due to high temperature.

Clamp tool

The Clamp Tool is used to aid onsite installation.

This re-usable tool is designed to hold the blocks or cables in position during an installation, especially useful in horizontal frames, partial installations or when the amount of cables makes the installation uneasy.
