The purpose of our MCT systems for marine application is to maintain the integrity of a bulkhead, deck, wall or fire rated enclosure through which cables or pipes pass. Our MCT systems are certified as firestop products.
Has a 60mm wide flange and is available in the same materials and finishes as HMX frames. For overall dimensions of HMFX frames add 120mm (allowance for flange) to those given for standard HMX frames.
A standard HMX frame extended using a welded collar. For use in corrugated bulkheads or to fit the frame above deck level. For overall dimensions of HMEX frames add 20mm to external measurements of Standard HMX frames.
For sealing cable routes in uninsulated HO rated areas or similar applications. Add 20mm to external dimensions of standard HMX frames to determinate overall width and height.

Hawke HRTO Certified for both Civil and Marine applications.The HRTO has been designed to be sealed using standard Hawke tolerant blocks, Hawke HRTO provide effectively sealing of cables and pipes through a circular aperture.
Hawke HRTO is supplied as an OPEN frame, so that it can be installed after laying the cables or pipes.
HRST 40 2D15
Hawke HRST multihole designed for the sealing of up to 2 cables with an external diameter between 10 and 15 mm. Empty cable space to be filled with Plug HRST 2D15.
HRST 40 4D12
Hawke HRST multihole designed for the sealing of up to 4 cables with an external diameter between 8 and 12 mm. Empty cable space to be filled with Plug HRST 4D12.
The Hawke cable blocks have a tolarance that is achieved by having 5 points of contact with the cable that guarantees the sealing of the cable even if it is deformed.Thanks to this tolerance, each Hawke block covers a range of diameters between 3 and 4 mm. It is not necessary to manipulate the block, as this tolerance is achieved by deforming it when the system is compressed.
The Hawke compression system has 2 elements: The End Packer and the Compression Plate.
Unique steel insert pins on both sides of the Hawke Transit Compression System ensure that the correct level of compression is applied to each installation, without the need for special knowledge or decisions on the part of the installer.
The Unique Hawke Round Corner Compression System is used in HMCX rectangular frames to compress and seal the installation of cables/pipes and HF modules.
